GABE HAYES is an artist who specializes in design and illustration with a strong focus on storytelling. Along with drawing and painting character concepts and illustrations, Gabe is experienced in a wide range of artistic styles and media including graphic design and animation.

GABE graduated from Penn State with a degree in
Letters, Arts, and Sciences (LAS) - a customized, multidisciplinary major centered on a unique theme. Gabe's LAS theme was "Artistic Storytelling through Digital Media" equipping him with Visual Arts, English, and Information Science experience. During his college career, Gabe was
also a member of the Penn State Honors Program.​
He is the author and illustrator of the self-published
Transmission graphic novel.

GABE resides in Huntingdon, PA where he lives with his wife. He currently works with Sample News Group as a Graphic Designer for
The Huntingdon Daily News, where he designs newspaper advertisements for local businesses, covers for special editions, paginates weekly publications, and manages online contests.

In his spare time, GABE enjoys exploring new creative mediums, playing video games, drumming and listening to music, and running a Dungeons & Dragons campaign for his friends.
